The first thing that must be checked when we have a break down is whether the LED on the button
panel lights up green. If it does not light up or lights up red, permanently or intermittently, follow
these steps:
1.Substitute the battery to discard the possibility of it not being charged.
2.Check that the eeprom is properly connected. In case of doubt, it is recommended to try
with another eeprom to see whether or not the led of the transmitter logic lights up green.
3. In case the led lights up green with the new eeprom, we will have the eeprom broken,
and will have to replace it with a new one, copied from an eeprom and if it does not light up green,
substitute the transmitter logic following these steps:
4.6.- SUBSTITUTION OF LOGIC AND RADIO RECEIVER
1. Remove the key of the
contact lock to avoid breaking
its corresponding micro switch
on closing the button panel.
2. Remove the EEPROM from
the lower part with a
screwdriver.
3. Remove the battery and
unscrew the 7 screws of the
lower part of the button panel.
4. Separate, with caution, the upper
from the lower part, taking care with
the antenna that joins the two parts.
Once open, take out the antenna.
5. Unscrew the transmitting
logic from the lower part of the
button panel.
6. Disconnect, with caution, the
antenna connector from the
radio.
7. Remove the feed connector
which is located on the lower
part of the transmitting logic.
8. Substitute the transmitting logic
and follow the steps for assembling
the button panel in reverse. Position
the feed cables on the LE to avoid
crushing them when closing the
button panel.
