The Hybrid MO70 is an optical controller with a control that can direct a maximum of 32

steps for each axis (North, South, East and West) in two perpendicular positions (Vertical and

Horizontal). It calls Hybrid due to the mixture of MO70 logic board and MO60 mechanics.

In the Hybrid MO70 can be customized the number of steps of each semiaxis; 1 to 5 or

stepless. Also, it can be selected the operating mode between:

Open gate: Can be act diagonally, acting in two senses at once.

Single axis: can be act only in one axis.

Cross gate: Can be act in both axis, but only one at a time.

4.11.1. Mechanical configuration: The number of steps is made by a mechanical arms of

1,2,3,4 or 5 steps or stepless. The working mode of Open gate, Single axis or Cross gate is made

by different 3 covers.

4.11.2. Electronic configuration: The number of steps of each semiaxis and the working

mode is customized by the 8 positions microswitch of the electronic board. The 1st,2nd and 3rd

positions are for horizontal axis, the 4th,5th, and 6th positions are for vertical axis and the 7th

position is for working mode as Open gate (OFF) or Single axis and Cross gate (ON).

The steps of the mechanical arms must correspond to the electronic steps. For repairs at

work, as we cannot have hybrid MO70 parts with all possible combinations, it is recommended to
